Slow Cooker Spiced Moroccan Lamb Stew with Apricots Ingredients 3 pounds lamb or mutton stew meat 2 medium tomatoes, peeled and chopped 1/2 cup diced apricots 2 medium diced potatoes 1 cup mushrooms 1 cup onions, chopped 1 garlic clove, crushed 1/2 teaspoon thyme 2 teaspoons salt 1 bay leaf 1 teaspoon allspice 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 cups water Directions Place lamb or mutton and vegetables in the slow cooker.
