Spicy Carrot Apple Oelek Sambal Ingredients 2 cups finely grated carrots 2 cups grated sweet apples 1/4 cup lemon juice 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon minced garlic 1 teaspoon minced ginger 1 teaspoon brown sugar 3 chopped hot chilies   Directions Toss 2 cups finely grated carrots and 2 cups grated sweet apples with 1/4 cup lemon juice and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
