Recipe Lake Chad Sardine Fish Soup Lake Chad Sardine Fish Soup Ingredients 1/4 cup ground dried sardines 2 tablespoons of ground soybean flour 2 tablespoons of fine ground cornmeal 2 tablespoons of millet seeds 2 garlic cloves, crushed 1 tablespoon of butter Juice of one lemon Salt and pepper to taste 5 cups of vegetable stock Directions Bring stock to boil in a large pot. Mix flour and cornmeal in a bowl, add ½ a cup of water and mix well. Add the flour mixture; fish and constantly stirring bring to boil. Lower the heat and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
