Ingredients 4 white fish fillets 1 large cassava, peeled and diced 2 zucchinis, peeled and diced 4 carrots, peeled and sliced 2 potatoes, peeled and diced 1 white onion, diced ½ tsp crushed garlic Salt and pepper to taste 2 tsp chili pepper 2 tbsp olive oil 3 cups vegetable broth Directions In a large pot, heat oil and sauté onions until fragrant. Add vegetables, garlic, and seasonings; pour in broth and simmer 15 minutes. Add fish, cover, and cook another 10 minutes until tender. Serve Jën Reer over rice. ...
