Let's make African corn soup in less than 30 minutes African Corn Soup Recipe Ingredients One 15 ounce can whole kernel corn One 15 ounce can cream corn 1 can evaporated milk 3 cups chicken stock One 14 ounce can tomatoes 1 cup chopped onions 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional) 1 teaspoon red pepper flake (optional) 1 teaspoon black pepper Directions In a large pot on medium heat, add oil then sauté onions one minute.  Drain the can of whole kernel corn then add all ingredients into a large pot simmer 20 minutes and serve.  Did you know South Africa is the southernmost point on the African continent.
